Alysia graduated from Baker College of Owosso in 2019. She spent two years after that, at an outpatient hand therapy clinic working with patients of all ages, with focus on traumatic injuries and standard hand surgery recovery. Alysia’s interests, pertaining to Occupational Therapy, include oral motor and sensory feeding, sensory play and regulation, and hand therapy. She was born, raised and currently lives in Lapeer, MI. She has been married for 20 years to her high-school sweetheart. They have 2 kids and a small zoo at their house (2 dogs, 3 cats and 2 rats). In her free time, Alysia enjoys spending time snowmobiling, hiking, and watching her kids play sports.
